Songh is poor representation of your restaurant. Aside from being rude his body language is aggressive. You should invest in him some customer service training! I will never come back!

My order was wrong. I ordered Yakiudon w/ shrimp and received Shrimp Udon. It specifies on my email order confirmation. I did not enjoy the Udon at all but I live over 30 minutes away and didn't find out til I got home. This was today, 9/12 order ID.

We have been eating at this restaurant since moving to Huntsville over six years ago. Our go to Asian/sushi place! Never any problems or issue with quality of food, until today! Today was different. The quality of sushi was substandard, dry, and had little flavor. Even our son said, his was not as good as usual. Rare because this boy will eat anything that does eat him first. Back to the issue at hand. Informed the server, who was very gracious and helpful. The new manager came to our table with a confrontational attitude and started making excuses and not accepting the fact that we were not happy with our food. He walked off with any resolution. Finally, he sent the server over with the offer to have another dish made, after he had upset everyone at the table. Declined the offer. Adjustment was made on our check and we appreciated this gesture. We left and my husband said, we will not patronize this place again. Sad after 6 years we have to find us another sushi place. We are not going to be treated with disrespect when we had legitimate a complaint.
